Join sports, you won’t regret it!

Kids everyday are more often than not have not been active in physical education in a while since we just got back into school. Quarter 1 ends soon so you have a chance to get healthy. Here are some reasons to consider why you should join sports this school year.

First, sports can reduce stress. By doing sports it can open endorphins in your body a chemical in your brain that can alleviate pain and overall make you less stressed. By doing sports it can eradicate the stress you are feeling which can also help us to work on schoolwork better.

Second, sports helps you feel sleep better. Let’s be honest not everyone has a good sleep schedule, studies show that sports can if you play sports outside, you can benefit from fresh air which is said to promote a good night’s sleep.

Third, sports can increase in your confidence. According to the electricireland states “By training frequently and working towards seasonal goals you can build your confidence and abilities. This is especially noticeable through tournaments and matches where you and your team put your skills to the test”.

As you can see sports can help you become a better you, and you can achieve this by giving sports a shot!
